Objective: Increasing both customer loyalty and toll road operator revenue in the face of changing demand by optimizing the basic pricing policy and implementing loyalty programs.
Result: Using the R42 Optimal Pricing System, we conducted demand elasticity studies and implemented demand forecasting and revenue optimization mechanisms. An innovative loyalty program was implemented using the Personal Pricing System.
Objective: Improve toll collection completeness and accuracy through timely detection and processing of toll collection anomalies.
Result: The R42 CV System has been used to implement intelligent photo and video monitoring mechanisms for toll collection anomalies, minimizing their impact on operator revenue and significantly reducing processing time and manual labor.
Objective: Illumination of data on the structure and elasticity of demand on toll roads.
Result: Dozens of surveys, conjoint analysis studies, and experiments to study demand on various toll roads were conducted, allowing us to compile a unique data set that is successfully used in our demand forecasting and pricing optimization systems.
